At the event, GoDaddy showcased its commerce capabilities, including the launch of its point of sale devices, all of which are designed to help small businesses grow by selling wherever their customers are and through theirs Online stores to personal retail in-store payments and beyond with online marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy and more – all managed from one place with GoDaddy.
With our suite of services including GoDaddy Payments and the introduction of the GoDaddy Smart Terminal and GoDaddy Card Reader with Docking Station, entrepreneurs can build their businesses from the ground up with a strong online presence and beyond that, enter physical marketplaces and retail locations.

Customers are charged a 2.3% + 0 cents transaction fee for in-person transactions and online transactions are 2.3% + 30 cents, which makes GoDaddy Payments transparent and more affordable than others on the market.
With the consistent, one-way rate of 2.3% across in-person and online sales channels, customers only need to remember one price, making it easier to keep track of costs – something no other leading provider offers.

To bring our commerce options together, we launched the Commerce Hub, a single dashboard that allows customers to manage sales and payments in one place.
Commerce Hub is designed to help GoDaddy customers easily manage and track every sale they make, whether it’s online, offline, or more common in today’s landscape, a mix of both, with options for online – In-store purchase and collection.
The dashboard provides Ariel View metrics on a company’s performance, including graphs depicting sales and orders, and the ability to compare sales performance across all of the marketplaces the company sells on.
From this single dashboard, owners can access in-person sales, appointment bookings, online orders from Amazon to Google Shopping, Instagram, Facebook and more to save time and keep everything organized.

Together with the inspiring messages of four-time Grand Slam champions and entrepreneurs Naomi Osaka and Aman Bhutani during the opening keynote, the GoDaddy Open 2021 participants were able to take part in breakout sessions with experts in branding, marketing and sales, all from the comfort of their own At home.
