Gabby Petito’s best friend, Rose Davis, says Brian Laundrie can live in the desert because he once did it. Davis told People in an interview that Laundrie, who is a fan of the death of her fiancĂ© Petito, once lived in the Appalachian mountains alone for “months.”

“He’s out in the wilderness, I promise you,” Davis, 21, told People. “He’s out there. He’s there. If he’s alive, he’s out there, he’s camping out … He lives in the Appalachians alone for a month.”

Petito, 22, was reported missing on September 11 by his mother, Nicole Schmidt.

Petito and Laundrie had been touring the US in a van and posting their experiences on social media, but returned to their home in Florida without her.

This week, the Denver FBI office confirmed on Twitter that human remains had been found in a remote area in the Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming, and they belonged to Petito. They sentenced him to death as a murderer.

Police are searching for Laundrie, 23, in Carlton Reserve in Florida after her parents said she went missing on September 17. She allegedly left her parents’ home without a phone or wallet, the source told CNN, making it difficult for her to find her.

The U.S. District Court in Wyoming issued a warrant for Laundrie’s arrest warrant Wednesday regarding his activities following Petito’s death, according to the FBI.

Petito and Laundrie’s friends have been talking about the two since the incident. They said the relationship between the two was “very high and very low.” A body camera camera released by police in Utah, on August 12, showed police responding to a fight between Laundrie and Petito, who was crying.

Davis previously told New York News Release that Laundrie was controlling, deceptive, and jealous.

“She was always friendly and made Gabby breakfast every morning, but you know, you can see that jealousy,” she said.

“He also wanted what he wanted when he wanted it, and he would find a way to get it. Not in a violent way, but if he didn’t want Gabby to do something, he would find a way to do it.” so he could not do it. “
