A seven-year-old girl was left by a trafficker Tuesday on the border between the US and Mexico in a recent baby crash and a border crossing.
Culture and Border Protection said the seven-year-old from El Salvador was brought up over a 30-meter border wall in the El Centro Sector by a swindler on a rope ladder. The video shows the child being dropped off and away from the abuser.

CBP said agents saw and stayed away to avoid disturbing the seller for fear that he might drop the child. After the dealer left the rear, Border Patrol representatives took the cloth and escorted him to a nearby repair shop.
“No one, let alone a child of any age or race, should face any danger if he or she crosses this country illegally,” said Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino in a statement. “Scammers always see children as a source of profit, without regard for the safety and well-being of anyone other than them.”
